Our Story

Esspee Shawls is a tale of Dream, Labor and Venture; individually playing significant role in the journey of Salig Ram Panna lal & bothers since 1863. The seed of the success story was planted in late 80s by Salig Ram Panna lal & Bothers by weaving threads into astonishing yet heritage keeper sarees and shawls in Varanasi. In the year 1908, they expand their dream venture of shawls to different regions of country especially in north region including Amritsar and Srinagar.

In order to maintain fusion of rich Indian heritage art and modern fresh fashion, with the peerless experience and evolution in technology, Esspee Shawls established their own unit in 1946. Since spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing completed under one roof, Esspee shawls has remained committed as well as perpetuate towards its quality, that there unmatched pieces and designs find their way in the wardrobe of men and women effortlessly.

Jointly, the two generations along with innumerable staff and workers, our family has extended to not only in India but worldwide with many eminent boutiques, leading designers and wholesalers. We are appreciated world widely by our clients for our sustainable stupendous quality of each and every piece.
